CIA-San Antonio is located at the Pearl Brewery site in downtown San Antonio.  The institute offers a number of 30 week professional certificates in Culinary Arts.  Other courses offered cover pastry and baking, food hygiene and sanitation, and all important presentation.  Also the school offers WONDERFUL open house events to anyone interested in their program.  This gives the potential students an opportunity to tour the campus, observe other students in the program (even shadow for a day if they want) and talk to the Admissions Officer about scholarship and financial assistance opportunities.  CIA-SA offers a fabulous El Sueno scholarship funded by the benefactor of the campus.  It can pay up to 50% of tuition for qualified candidates in the state of Texas!

Texas Culinary Academy-le Cordon Bleu Program

This popular school is located in nearby Austin, which is about an hour drive north of San Antonio.  This program is based on the famed French school of the same name.  If your goal is a dynamic career in a top-notch restaurant, then the intensive curriculum offered at this school is designed for you.  Degree programs offered inclulde:

• Associate of Applied Science in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts
• Professional Certificates in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts
• Patisserie and Baking.
